Beginning this year, DBCA tags will not be mailed to MPAC addresses. Instead, registration is required by the property owners to receive your tags. These tags are required for garbage for collection.
Property owners may register their property or business for collection using the DBCA Bag Tag Registration Form
Please complete your registration by December 19, 2025 to ensure tags are issued before the office holiday closure. Registrations received in 2026 will be issued tags based on the remaining collection days for the year.
Orange DBCA tags distributed last year will expire and not be accepted at the curb after December 31, 2025.
