Water Shutoffs and Turn-Ons

We are pleased to work with our municipal water customers to accommodate water turn-on and shut-off requests.

Seasonal Water Turn-On and Turn-Off Requests

Please note that at least 48 hours (business days) notice is required.

A service fee will be applied to customer requested call outs for water on/off requested work. There are no free customer callouts. The rates are as follows:

During Designated Hours (Between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. from Labour Day to Victoria Day, 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. from Victoria Day to Labour Day, Mon - Fri, holidays excepted)	$53.00
During Off Hours	$241.00
False Emergency (all times)	$241.00

Water Shut-Offs Due to Termination of Service

Payments can be made at the District's Administration office at 70 Pine Street, Bracebridge.

For payments being made through your financial institution, please notify the Water and Sewer Billing Department immediately at 705-645-7954 with confirmation numbers to ensure termination of service does not occur.
