The District Municipality of Muskoka (the District) has launched a new Attainable Head Lease Program to help residents access attainable housing in Muskoka.
Through the program, the District intends to work with private rental property owners and builders to secure residential units in the private market. Fraserburg Road in Bracebridge will be closed from Cedar Lane to Finch Road at 2pm today, Thursday, July 29, 2021 due to an emergency excavation for water repair.
A detour is made available through the Bracebridge Fairgrounds to Monica Lane.
Repairs are expected to be completed today and the road should reopen this evening.
