| This workshop explores early learning and child care as essential economic infrastructure, not simply a family service. Designed for chamber executives, economic developers, and business leaders, it explores how strong Early Learning and Child Care (ELCC) systems can address labour shortages, improve business productivity, support workforce participation, and develop future talent.
