
The District Municipality of Muskoka is expanding its WISE Mobile Active Living Centre into three additional rural communities this fall, making it easier for adults aged 55 and over to access free programs closer to home.
WISE supports healthy, independent living by bringing people together to build friendships, learn about local resources, and participate in engaging activities in a welcoming community setting.
Programs run from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and include:
