The District of Muskoka is inviting residents and visitors to get an up-close look at the trucks, equipment, and people who help keep Muskoka running every day at the third annual Public Works Palooza.
This free, family-friendly event celebrates National Public Works Week and gives residents a behind-the-scenes look at the essential services delivered by the District's Engineering and Public Works team.
This year's theme, Rooted in Service, Powered by Community, reflects the important work carried out every day to maintain safe roads, deliver clean drinking water, manage wastewater systems, and handle waste and organics across Muskoka.
Whether it is rain, shine, snow, or sleet, District crews work 365 days a year to ensure critical infrastructure and services continue to operate smoothly for residents and businesses.
