Wednesday, May 24, 2023 (Muskoka, ON) - The District of Muskoka proudly announces that registration for the Muskoka Housing Funding Forum is now open. This virtual platform presents an innovative opportunity for you to unlock a world of funding resources and contribute to the creation of attainable housing options in Muskoka.
In a series of two engaging, informative sessions, the Funding Forum will host speakers from local, provincial, and federal organizations who will share details on current funding opportunities, eligibility criteria, application processes and types of projects that qualify. These speakers possess a wealth of knowledge and expertise that will undoubtedly provide valuable insights to help support the creation and improvement of attainable housing in Muskoka.
The Funding Forum is open to all community members and housing stakeholders (private land owners, homeowners, landlords, builders, developers, non-profits, community housing providers, housing co-operatives, etc.) at no cost. If you have an interest in attainable housing initiatives in Muskoka, this forum is for you.
Virtual Online Session Information – Zoom
Sessions are scheduled 2.5 hours in length and will be held virtually via Zoom to allow maximum flexibility for participants. Registrants may choose to attend one, or both sessions. Once registered, confirmation of registration and a calendar invitation will be sent with the invitation details to join virtually.
