There are multiple funding opportunities available locally, provincially and federally to assist in the development or redevelopment of affordable housing units in Muskoka.
In a series of two engaging, informative sessions, the Funding Forum will host speakers from local, provincial, and federal organizations who will share details on current funding opportunities, eligibility criteria, application processes and types of projects that qualify. These speakers possess a wealth of knowledge and expertise that will undoubtedly provide valuable insights to help support the creation and improvement of attainable housing in Muskoka.
Opportunities will include but are not limited to:
Sessions will be 2-3 hours in length and held virtually via Zoom to allow maximum flexibility for participants, while still allowing for a question and answer period. You may choose to attend one, or both sessions.
The Funding Forum is open to all housing stakeholders (private land owners, homeowners, landlords, builders, developers, non-profits, community housing providers, housing co-operatives, etc.) and is an opportunity to learn more about these funding opportunities.
