Gateway Homeownership Program
The Gateway Muskoka Homeownership Program is a locally funded program that provides down payment assistance to help with the purchase of a home.
Muskoka - Ontario Renovates
Do you have home repairs that need to be done, but you don't have enough money to do them? Muskoka Ontario Renovates is a program for low and modest income households that provides funding for necessary home repairs, home accessibility modifications for persons with disabilities and the purchase and installation of energy-saving products.
Additional Residential Units
The District of Muskoka is offering funding for property owners to build Additional Residential Units (formerly known as secondary suites). An ARU can provide rental income to offset ownership and maintenance costs.
Development Charges Loan Program
The Development Charges Forgivable Loan Program helps first-time homeowners pay development charges when buying or building a new home in Muskoka.
