Help Shape Muskoka's Housing Future
The District of Muskoka is conducting a 5 Year Update to its 10-Year Housing and Homelessness Plan (HHP) and a comprehensive Homelessness System Review. This initiative aims to assess the area’s housing needs, evaluate homelessness services, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Muskoka is committed to Housing for Everyone. This update will:
- Evaluate current and future housing needs.
- Identify gaps and barriers in the housing and homelessness system.
- Develop strategies for effective housing and support services.
- Align with provincial and federal housing policies and funding opportunities.
A strong community engagement approach will ensure that local perspectives are included in shaping policies and programs that directly impact Muskoka residents.
