District Council receives advice from the Accessibility Advisory Committee about the preparation, implementation and effectiveness of Muskoka's accessibility plan, as well as on the accessibility for persons with disabilities to buildings, structures and premises which are constructed, purchased, renovated or leased by the municipality.

Alternate Formats and Communication Support |
All documents required by the Accessibility Standards for Customer Service, including Muskoka's Accessible Customer Services policies, procedures and practices, notices of temporary disruptions, training records, and written feedback process are available upon request, subject to MFIPPA. When a document is provided to a person with a disability, Muskoka will make every effort to provide the document, or the information contained in the document, in a format that takes the person's disability into account. |
