Special Notes

Archived recorded video will be available for on-demand viewing within 7 days of the meeting.
If a live meeting is in session but the video player is black with a spinning circle in the center, this means that the meeting is either in Closed Session or in Recess. Once the meeting has returned to Open Session or Called to Order the live broadcast will resume.

Troubleshooting

No Sound?

If the volume seems low, increase the levels on the player and/or the speakers on your computer or device.

Video Not Playing?

Try clicking one of the High, Medium or Low Bandwidth buttons below the player. If there is a play arrow in the center of the player, push that button. Note: The meeting may also be in a short recess.

Screen Too Small?

Click on the Full Screen Mode button beside the volume controls to expand the video player.
