Programs for Seniors in Muskoka

We offer a variety of programs to help older adults stay active, connected, and engaged. Programs are available in-person, online, and by telephone. All programs are free, and everyone 55+ is welcome.

How to Join

Step 1: Become a Member

All participants must be WISE Members.
Complete a WISE Membership Form or call 705-645-2100 ext. 4199 and we can help you join.

Step 2: Register for Programs

Once you’re a member, call 705-645-2100 ext. 4199 or email seniorsprograms@muskoka.on.ca to register for in-person, virtual, or telephone programs.

Step 3: Stay Connected

You can subscribe to receive automated phone calls or emails with program updates and schedules.

Program Options

Choose the type of program that works for you:

  • In-Person Programs – Join activities and events in communities across Muskoka
  • Virtual Programs – Take part online from your computer, phone or tablet
  • Telephone Programs (WISE Without Walls) – Join group sessions by phone, including from landlines
Volunteer Opportunities

You can support seniors programs by volunteering in your community. Opportunities may include program support, social connections, or helping at events. Please complete our Volunteer Application if you are interested in volunteer opportunities. Our team will review your application and contact you.
