Welcome to the Muskoka Home Child Care Agency, a home away from home.
The District of Muskoka is licensed by the Ministry of Education to provide home child care programming for children from birth to age 12. Approved home child care providers contract with the Muskoka Home Child Care Agency to provide high quality, affordable and accessible care.
The Agency views children as wondrous, joyful, and inquisitive and we celebrate their uniqueness. The Agency supports families in feeling welcomed, valued, and connected as we create a learning environment that invokes curiosity and engagement while igniting a lifelong love of learning.

Meet the MHCCA Team
- The Muskoka Home Child Care Agency Team consists of one Manager and two Home Visitors.
- Collectively, our current staff team has over 50+ years of experience in the Early Learning and Child Care field. We are a dedicated and passionate team that believes strongly in working together to provide exceptional quality care to children and families of Muskoka.
- We are mentors, and support leaders, who build meaningful relationships with our Providers to enhance their knowledge, skill set, and enthusiasm for working with children. We are committed to supporting each families’ unique journey and feel privileged to be a part of nurturing each child’s future.
