Permits:
 
Water and/or sewer connection permits must be obtained prior to any work commencing to connect to the municipal system. There is no permit fee, however, whenever a connection is being made to the water system a water meter must be purchased. There may be cost associated with the provision of water and sewer laterals to service the property.

Connection permits are available by appointment only. Please contact the Public Works Department at 705-645-6764 or 1-800-281-3483 to arrange an appointment with the appropriate Chief Operator. Permit applications are not available from the District office at 70 Pine Street.
