Three-storey walk-up building, with a mix of one, two and three bedroom apartments, including two units for the physically disabled. It is a family and singles building with a family lounge, laundry facilities, and offers a mix of rent-geared-to-income and market units.
Trinity Townhouses - 1 Iris Street
Trinity has 11 family townhouse units consisting of two and three bedroom units, including one two-bedroom unit for physically disabled. Offers a mix of rent-geared-to-income and market rent units.
Huntsville Legion Seniors' Manor - 22 Walter Street
This is a 40 unit two-storey seniors' building (65 years of age and older) consisting of 36 one-bedroom units and four two-bedroom units, including three units for physically disabled. This building has an elevator, laundry facilities and mail delivery to the building. Building is three to five minutes from downtown Huntsville.
