Summer Students
The District offers positions for summer employment to students enrolled in full-time post secondary studies for the following school year. There are a variety of departments that offer opportunities, which may include:

Applicants must be available to start work around the last week in April or first week in May through to Labour Day.
Applicants must hold a valid Ontario Driver's License, minimum Class G2.
Successful applicants assigned to outside work must supply their own steel-toed safety shoes, while The District Municipality of Muskoka will supply all other required safety apparel and protective equipment.
Interested applicants should check the Employment Opportunities page in December for job postings, however, we will accept resumes for summer student positions at any time. Please submit your cover letter and resume electronically only once. In your cover letter please identify all areas of interest and provide detailed information on your post secondary studies.
